ABOUT YOU:
You are a passionate and talented wordsmith with a proven 10 years + history of crafting authentic, persuasive and inspiring copy across a wide range of clients.
You possess a diverse portfolio of award-winning copy, including web, print, advertising, email and social.
You are equally proficient in both short and long-form copy, can adapt your tone to align with various audiences and have excellent grammar skills.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
Managing traffic:
Coordinate the flow of creative assets and ensure delivery of campaigns.
Manage the workflow.
Gather project requirements, set priorities, and allocate resources.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Client relationships
Maintain successful client relationships within existing accounts
Establish yourself as the senior contact within the business.
Ensure client and agency satisfaction with regular health checks
Develop trust and dependency from the client
Directing strategy
Develop insights and recommendations based on customer research
Execute creative customer experience strategies for our clients
Collaborate with teams to develop customer experience solutions
Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance
YOU MUST HAVE:
10 years' + experience in Graphic Design and Visual Communications
Thorough knowledge of design, typography and print
Digital experience and animation skills
· a Familiarity with Webflow-specific custom coding/features and animations.
IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE…
Experience in client and category business planning
Proficiency with camera operation, directing and editing
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
No life outside of the office
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF...
You possess
Advanced skills in TypeScript & Node.js backend development
Proven experience with event-driven Microservice architectures
Google Cloud experience (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run/Cloud function/ Scaling)
PostgreSQL
